Holiday information
The above mentioned prices are per day and per appartement in €uro. The price includes also bedclothes, towels (2 times a week), electricity, heating and internet access (W-LAN).
Local tax
Per person (from 15 years) and day € 1,10.
Animals
Domestic animals are allowed. There is an extra charge of € 3,-/day and animal.
Check-in / Check-out
Daily. Minimum stay are 2 days. Check-in from 03:00 pm, check-out until 10:00 am.
Non-smoking house
Please consider, that the "Haus Silvia" and the "Ferienhaus Silvia" are both non-smoking houses. Smokers can use the balcony or the terrace.
Holidy insurance
If you have to cancel your booking or if you arrive later than confirmed there will be cancellation fees. This is why we always recommend a holiday-insurance.
